1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product is missing parts or accessories.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Minor variations in color, finish, or handcrafted design.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Requests made after the 7-day return period.
3. Refund Policy
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be transferred to your registered bank account or UPI ID after verification.
4. Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, MATRUSE may offer a replacement if:
- The product arrives damaged.
- You receive an incorrect item.
- There is a verified manufacturing defect.
Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number.
- Send clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
- Our support team will review your request and provide a resolution promptly.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping charges will be borne by MATRUSE.
- For all other approved returns, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- If cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account or payment method.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
