1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is missing parts or accessories.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Minor variations in color, finish, or handcrafted design.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Requests made after the 7-day return period.

3. Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be transferred to your registered bank account or UPI ID after verification.

4. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, MATRUSE may offer a replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • You receive an incorrect item.
  • There is a verified manufacturing defect.

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order number.
  3. Send clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
  4. Our support team will review your request and provide a resolution promptly.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping charges will be borne by MATRUSE.
  • For all other approved returns, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account or payment method.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
